01 General Provisions and Definitions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between aaq99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). aaq99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services to the Bangladesh market.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

Registration Requirements

• A maximum of one (1) account per person is permitted.
• All information provided at registration (name, date of birth, mobile number, email) must be true and accurate.
• Transferring, selling, or sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure.
• If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Verification Process

We may request identity verification to process withdrawals or to claim large bonuses. This process may require a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-approved documents. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the transaction will remain on hold.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on aaq99 is ৳500 (five hundred Taka). Approved payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits via third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand Taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method registered in your own name that was used for the deposit.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.
• If fraud or a rules violation is suspected, withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,200 bonus. A wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) applies to this bonus.

Wagering Requirement Details

A 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 (৳1,200 × 20) must be wagered.

• There is a specific time limit for meeting the wagering requirement.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering.
• Direct withdrawal is not permitted after claiming a bonus.
• aaq99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program

aaq99's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you will automatically be promoted to a higher tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated every week and credited directly to your account. aaq99 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and conditions.

• Delays or problems with third-party payment systems.

In the event of any dispute or claim, aaq99's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited in your account.
